Location: Terminal 1 and 2 - Airside
Crash Bollard installed across Changi Airport airside to protect the building pillars.

Location: Terminal 1 and 2 - Airside
The Crash Bollards system was made of high strength seamless pipes with stringent milling process on the saddle joints for a perfect fabrication.

Location: Terminal 1 and 2 - Airside
The system fabricated by DN Hybrid was sent to a leading European crash testing agency and tested with a 70,000kg moving vehicle.

Location: Terminal 1 - Landside
The project was awarded by Changi Airport Group to construct the "tree trunks & branches" using steel sections to support 33,000 square feet of aluminium panels and to provide sun shading on the top deck.

Location: Terminal 1 - Landside
The structure, classified under Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel (AESS), was designed to be sufficient to support the primary needs of the canopies while being exposed to view, making it a significant part of the architectural language of the canopy.

Location: Terminal 1 - Landside
The fabrication detailing and finish requirements of AESS would typically exceed the standard structural steel, which is usually concealed by other finishes.

Changi Airport Terminal 2 Expansion is a five-year project scheduled to be completed by 2024.

Location: Changi Airport Runway 1
A large span box truss, coming with 3 sets of stainless steel fence, is operated by an automated winch system, managed by a water level monitoring system and controlled remotely via the Building Management System from Changi Control Centre.

Location: Changi Airport Runway 1
Several PUB canals flow through Singapore Changi Airport and these gates serve as deterrents to prevent otters from wandering on Runway tarmacs through these canals.

Location: Changi Airport Runway 1
DN Hybrid was awarded with this Design and Build Pilot Project by Changi Airport Group to construct a barrier along Canal South of Runway 1 and for approximately seven other potential otter entry points.

Location: Airport Boulevard
DN Hybrid fabricated and constructed this three-dimensional structure, which was designed to slant outward by 30° using build-up steel section.

Location: Airport Boulevard
Build-up sections were considered and used, instead of rolled sections, because a build-up profile was required for architectural and weight requirements.

Location: Airport Boulevard
The steel structure, classified under Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel (AESS), was designed to be sufficient to support the primary needs of the canopies while being exposed to view, making it a significant part of the architectural language of the canopy.

Location: Airport Boulevard
This 196m long Overhead Pedestrian Bridge (Aviation) spanned across the 10 lanes in Airport Boulevard from Terminal 4.

Location: Terminal 2 - Baggage
Lightweight platform structure was suspended over an existing terminal baggage handling train

Location: Terminal 2 - Baggage
The platform served as a catwalk that allowed the CAG FM team to maintain services above the baggage train.

Location: Terminal 2 - Baggage
DN Hybrid was engaged by CAG to design and build the platform system at Terminal 2.

Location: Terminal 2 - Baggage
The members must be of manageable weight and size so that they could be manually lifted over the baggage handling train for installation without affecting its operation.
